As we understood, turning Vsync ON in game settings solved the issue.

Coal doesn't apply to electrical weapons, reduce risk value also depending on the weapon you have. Risk value of the Acid Bottle should be increased with the Poison Gun and risk value should be lower with Coal and the Dark Matter Gun because having that combination kind of ruins the risk of the Black Matter Gun screwing you over, instead you could just run away having more time to react. Your choice to connect them.

We had discussions on that for a few days and think that it does not need any changes. We even think it's a good thing because it makes the player think and discover various combinations which can be very helpful or lead to bad consequences.

I will fix this as soon as possible

I have some bugs to report and some gameplay suggestions:

Bugs:
-Lottery ticket item allows you to purchase a weapon for free when you can't even
afford one normally (intended maybe)

-When returning to the shop the next level after using the lottery ticket, it
had nothing in stock, and continued to be empty for the rest of the run.

-I was able to buy a free gun without the lottery ticket item. I had one coin. A few runs ago I had the item, so my guess is that the effect somehow persisted.

-shadowplay overlay can get stuck on-screen after saving a clip. (might not be fixable)

Suggestion
-Item "Enemy's Eye" should be renamed to "Newt's Eye" because the sprite looks
like it

-Shops should be more reliable. I can't count the number of times I had lots of artifacts, and a shop never appeared for a few levels. Then as a result of the bad stats of my character I would get overwhelmed by enemies. Maybe every 2nd level have a shop guaranteed?

-I found that having the "bogy bone" item completely screws you over in the bogy fight, because your movement speed is absurdly slow it's almost impossible to dodge him. Especially because his rolling attack is completely random. Maybe have it so the angle he bounces is more predictable as well?

This is not related to Lottery ticket item. You just stole the gun in the shop and as a consequence you cannot buy a gun in the upcoming shops of the same loop. This was introduced recently and are improving it to be more clear. Nevertheless, thank you for report. It's better to double check it.

At the moment we did not notice any issues with the shadowplay. Not much can be done from our side, but usually Windows and driver updates help to fix it.

Not everyone might know what the Newt is, but everyone knows what the enemy is.

Regarding shop frequency we answered in your previous post "small feedback".

You can dodge him by sliding unless you picked up an artefact which takes away the ability to slide. Regardless, Bogy's movement is predictable. All bosses have their own attack patterns.

Well regarding the lottery ticket item, I didn't even know you could steal from the shop haha. I think that should somehow be made more clear. I know about the slide, but during the animation, how many i-frames you have is not very clear, because it's just a static slide. With Enter the Gungeon for example, it's very clear when you are safe during the roll because it's a roll (unique animation) whereas with sliding it feels very abrupt when you lose I-frames and it's not very predicatble. I also stand by bogy being kind of a huge difficulty spike. I can't seem to identify the pattern he does, because his bouncing just seems so erratic with no clear indication of what direction he comes at you from, or even if he will come towards you. Maybe I just suck, but I was able to beat nuclear throne multiple times, so that's something. It's a quite difficult game, and I play lots of difficult games. Side note, I didn't get a response on that other topic (feedback I think?) so I posted this one after what I found was what I presumed to be a bug. Thank you for the replies by the way, I appreciate your interaction with the players. I just got kind of impatient not knowing how often you check the regular discussions so I went to the bug report one specifically.

I think I found something that might actually be a bug. I had 5 coins, and I bought the double pistol for 4, leaving me with 1. Except it stole the gun and took my money anyways. I know I got the right item too, because it gave me the double pistol, so I didn't accidentally stand on the wrong area. The shopkeeper also made the "unhappy grunt" when I tried to buy it.

Usually we try to answer in 24 hours.
Regarding sliding, we will try to improve it in the future updates.
Regarding stealing bug - we will look into that and try to reproduce it. Thanks for reporting.

A similar thing actually just happened. I bought the purple laser pistol item normally (there was no indication of stealing it) then left the shop. I then proceeded to fight newt and kill him. After getting to the second area and entering a shop, it was empty. I never got an artifact that empties the shop, either. Side note, I entered the shop in graveyard 2-6.

We tried to simulate your described situations, but couldn't reproduce the bug. Maybe it's really related to items/artefacts that you picked up. By the way, did this happen when you played single player or did this happen playing with co-op player? If you had any artefacts, did you first try to buy the gun and after that gave artefacts to the crow or vice versa?
It would be great if you could film the situation when you encounter this problem or at least make two screenshots in the shop when it happens: 1 - just a screenshot of shop window. 2 - a screenshot of paused game while you are in the shop (to see what items/artefacts are in your inventory).

OK so I was playing in single player and this is the scenario: I was playing normally, and I went to buy the single shot purple laser pistol in the first area. I bought it as normal with no indication of stealing and proceeded. I don't have a screenshot or recording of this because the game didn't indicate that I stole or that I had done something to empty the shop on the next level so there was no reason to record. I fought Newt and collected the blindfold artefact, and Loyalty Card from him. I played as normally up until the 2-6 shop where I entered and found it empty. I couldn't buy anything so I traded my box and blindfold artefacts for Reinforced Ammo, Deft Wings, and Boomerang.

trading the 2 artefacts within empty 2-6 shop: https://imgur.com/a/da5U4

It's possible this is just straight-up user error, but I feel like since this has happened a couple times, I am not so sure. Hopefully I can help you track this down if it is indeed a bug. I will just record each gameplay session from now on to see if it happens again

I'm an idiot. I see that the "empty box" item that I had makes no weapons available in the shop. Welp, I didn't even realise that was what it did when I picked it up I guess. My bad, sorry! Doesn't really explain the double pistol purchase taking my money before and closing the shop next floor (unless I had the box item again and didn't realise it) in which case I'm an idiot twice.

It's ok, don't worry about that. As you said, Empty box makes no weapons available in the shop. We will try to improve it, so that it would be more clear to the players.
Thanks for playing and giving us your feedback.
