of course, i wanted first to know if it's a legit software before doing anything, also i wanted to see if i can use it before actually paying
if you desire the free trial go to the offical site to download it not some other download location.
the difference between the full and trial is that there is a limit on how many assets you can utilize at once, I wanna say its 20 or 30 sprites and/or objects but I know I hit the limit before buying the full version but it lets you demo GMS2 nicely before deciding on buying or not.
