gms 2 keep crash on launch

so i buyed gms 2 like today but when i tried launching it gms2 keeps crashing repeating so i dont know how to fix this problem but it will be nice to have a solution for this repeating crash to stop

Also give as many details about your crash as you can when you post (eg is there a message? What does it say? etc)

i had update my computer. make sure you meet(or exceed) the min requirements for your OS version.

mine is working now. How I got it working ? may not want to do this but it might work if you have windows 10 64 bit

Step 1: Before starting every game or software include youtube yahoo steam gm2 on line games - Windows as well all user names - emails and pass word should be written down in a book with a date. NOT ON THE CONPUTER. in cluding product codes and also be shore all your word processing - spread sheets and videos and pictures should be stored
on a usb flash drive or a dvd it will ask you if you wish to store like usb flash drive say click that NOT THE BURN.

Choose recovery Read carefully Choose the one that says delete all apps but keep personal settings.
it took 4-6 hrs
does it get rid virus YES
so it's worth it
All window icons will be blank
some games may not work for couple days then suddenly they work

Step 3 write down the app that were deleted
Mine was
gmail
yahoo
google
steam
and steam games
and non steam games

now step 4 Check gmail and type in password.
if works close out. goto next
step 5 yahoo type in password
if works
down load steam
when steam is ready type email pass word
it may ask for 3 digit code that will be sent to your email you chosed.
then you will see a list of games you have but they are not installed yet
you have to install one at a time

I chose type and waited for it to be installed. when completely ready
goto the next
gm2 when install may work now

WHY? every driver gets updates, and some drivers that do cause problems with other older or newer software or games, is my theory .
