Download sound effects

I need some help. I'm on this section of the tutorial on GameMaker and I need to download sound effects.

Problem is... I don't know how. because I just tried MediaFire and website after website popped up, telling me I needed to download more programs. all I need is just to download sound effects for use without filling my computer with dozens of programs I won't ever use. so if anyone can help me, it'll be appreciated

Those are not the sound effects I wanted

I was looking around for sound effects when I was told about SoundEffectsFactory and it had a link to a website and it looked to of had positive feedback. so I went to the website and clicked to download the needed sound effects. then I was told I needed to accept a contract. I accepted, then all these download apps appeared on my screen. I don't want to download dozens of apps, I just need sound effects. if I need an app, fine, but what would be a good one that doesn't require additional downloads?

Since I'm going to be making my own game in the future to sell, I'm going to need good sound effects. so this'll be helpful

But I'm also going to ask around to see if anyone knows how to make their own sound effects incase I can't find what I'm looking for. I'm talking more than just voices. I would like to have custom made sounds from monster roars to gun noises
