GameMaker Studio 2 Desktop

GameMaker Studio 2 Desktop

cant log into my Gamemaker (SOLVED)
it says session has expired, and I put the correct password in a hundred times, and it is not letting me log in!
What is going on this time?!

Hi.

Close Steam.
Browse to (c:) system/user/your-name/AppData/roaming/GameMakerStudio2/

--> Delete um.json <--

Start Steam. Start GameMaker 2 & make games.

Works for me. ;o)

Hi! After the new update, my GMS pooped itself and kept saying "Invalid License".
Now that I tried this method, the error is gone, but was replaced with "Internal Server Error", and I still can't login :(

Ok, so I managed to fix it for me. I uninstalled GMS and just deleted the GameMaker Studio folder from my %appdata% folder and it worked again.

Wow. The error is back for me too and I can't fix it, even with the old method.

I fixed it by merging my legacy account with opera gx account... not sure if the rest with this issue has already merged it, but that seemed to fix the issue from my part.

Your Steam license was not affected by this, right?

not at all, once I was able to login everything worked as before, didnt see any difference
