How to create a animation from a sprite sheet?

I could do it in the other gamemaker. But i cant seem to find a way using this one.

Import Image into sprite object. Edit Sprite. Top menu bar, select Image > Convert to Frames. Adjust the size, sprite per row and number of sprites.
