Getting Andy to sing?

I want to ask Andy to sing when fighting the Ghost, but the option is grayed out and says I must have visited the Aethernet and learned honour water songs first. How do I do this?

EDIT 1: Figured out how to learn about the honour water songs (become the engine for the Aethership), but now I have a new problem of not having a high enough relationship score with Decker to revive Andy the next day.

EDIT 2: Found a way around the Decker relationship score problem by taking advantage of the +10% Asper gives you for one of the secret riddles (guide here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=927304793).
