Just something I noticed- He asks BEL/s how she decided she was a girl, and then during the gift-giving, you can give him the purple dress, and he'll say that it's beautiful and he'll keep it but he "isn't ready for it" yet. I don't know if there were any other signs, but that's pretty exciting![/spoiler

This was also hinted at back in Day 2 of the base game, where Toby had a tiara stored away as an "item of personal power" for the ritual - it seems fair to say that Toby is questioning/leaning trans. I probably would never have made that connection if I didn't read an LP.
