Light blue classic sonic looks bad

not sure why but when playing mania I noticed that i kinda don't like how like shiny/light blue they made sonic in this game, but what do you guys think.

I'm not a huge fan of it either. Much prefer his deep blue he had around sonic 2.

Speaking of which, if it bothers you that much and you don't mind modding then there is a mod that simply returns that deep blue coloring. Separate one for Sonic 1 as well.

I hope they straight up make Sonic purple or something for one whole game just so people arguing over what color he should be can agree on something for once.

Yee I know about modding but I never found one that is really right blue if that makes sense, kinda makes me want to make my own mod tbh
