I can't play in full screen?

I just downloaded this from Steam and for some reason it wont let me play this in full screen... it wont even let me make the screen bigger, can anyone help? sorry if its something stupid and im just ignorant in advance.

same here mate, tried all the fixes posted by other users, couldn't find a sticky for it either, but it looks like a known issue. I'd just get a refund.

I had to set it to fullscreen in the options and that worked for me.

go to options, then video, and then go down to where it says fullscreen and turn it on and it'll ask you if you wanna apply changes and press yes and it'll ask you another question and press yes again simple

for some reason mine fixed itself when I forcibly set the window parameters to fit 1920x1080 (it wasn't listed in ingame config) through the local file config. This game gets weird when playing around with window settings

I'm having the same issue and all I get is a black screen with the outline of the window whenever I turn on fullscreen.

Same issue for me. Desperate to try it in 4k and see if things smooth out but... CRASHES!

same for me, everytime i got in full screen it just goes black and does respond to anything, cant even close it, have to restart pc.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Right click the game in your Steam library, select Properties -> Local Game Files
Open the "Settings" file, and find change the "Windowed" to "N" instead of Y, Border = N, and set winWidth * winHeight to your screen resolution.

Install game.
Uninstall game.
Delete game data from steam file.
Install game
Run game.
Opens in small window.
Scroll down on main menu to options.
Select full screen.
Set resolution to 1920x1080
Enjoy.
