The game is crashing constantly.

I thought it was due to the mod files I had installed, so I removed all of them and reinstalled Mania. That seems to have only made the crashing worse somehow.

The game crashes if I change any graphics settings, if I minimize the game window, and sometimes randomly during gameplay.

Same. I've had a couple crashes since the update went live which I listed here in this thread.

Just uninstall and re-download game again. If you have mods installed, you have to remove mods by using mod manager.

For everyone experiencing crashes, if you have Mania Mod Manager downloaded and installed, go into the Mod Manager and click Uninstall loader. There's a good chance that the update and Mod Manager aren't playing nice with each other, even if no mods are selected.

I've already removed the mod manager, all mods, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing has helped with the constant crashing.

I got a crazy one while in a pinball bonus stage, game froze and then buzzed a monotone sound (ironic) as it proceeded to ♥♥♥♥ itself and close. I haven't had the mod manager in months.

The game is currently unplayable. I can't complete a single stage before the game crashes.

I got a Chaos Emerald and the game crashed upon trying to load GHZ.

I managed to reach the options screen ONCE and I had the AUDACITY to leave it after changing some stuff and it crashed right there.

I restarted more than 30 times with the game crashing at different points or just outright crashing as soon as it opens. I also managed to see that the intro movie plays in black and white. Completely unplayable so far and I'm at the brink of asking for a refund.

Got a crash from hitting a checkpoint this time.

Basically, everything you can do in this game can/will cause it to crash.

Ironically, I've only had one crash on my laptop, while it can barely manage to play the FMVs. This isn't a very taxing game...

Remove the Mod Manager and any folder associated with it. Also uninstall then reinstall, it's likely something from the Mod Manager causing the crash.
