Do cheat codes disable achievements?
Just want to make sure before I unlock everything. *Really* not enjoying the special stages and would prefer to just skip them entirely if possible, but don’t want to ruin the achievements list considering the time I’ve already put in.

I don't think so. Try pressing W on keyboard, Y on Xbox/Xinput controller, Triangle on Playstation type controller, during the UFO special stage.

Debug mode being activated will void achievements, but not anything else that I know of.
