well, since i know some steam version games doesn't run mods, so people download the free version of them, but it's very rarely to happen

Yes, it is worth the price. By the time Sonic Mania Plus comes out on July 17th, you can purchase the DLC for $4.99 which is not that expensive whatsoever.

100% worth it. Then you can also purchase the Plus DLC for cheaper later. Also, of course it can run mods lol, up until two weeks ago it was the *only* version that could run mods

When I asked you to link, I had thought you were saying that the DLC would change price depending on if you owned the base game and/or before Plus' release. It won't; it's $5 regardless, if you buy the base game digital, which is the only option on PC.
