Rare bug on pinball machine bonus stage

This is a bug that can be triggered on the Pinball Bonus Stage. I'm not sure how exactly to reproduce it, but I do know it causes you to get stuck inbetween the wall and bumper(2nd highest on the board), as well as granting you infinite continues if you wait a few minutes.

The only way to escape is by quiting to the main menu(all stuff earned is lost), or using the Developer Menu to restart the bonus stage(all stuff earned is still kept).

Needless to say, this is an annoying bug, as if you do not have the Developer Menu enabled, you will lose all of your current progress and have to restart the current zone you are in due to being forced to quit to the main menu.
