Sonic always seems to hate on Amy. Tails is like totally passive and knuckles doesn't give a single ♥♥♥♥ in the world. Not sure why none of them even defend her, Tails maybe at least...

She doesn't deserve such treatment. She is stronger than she looks, too. Sonic is heartless.

Nah, dont judge Sonic by this trailer. If Sonic was really that heartless, he would never rescued Amy on Sonic CD, Sonic Adventure, etc. He simply dont want to get involved in a relationship. Sonic only sees her like a friend. Knuckles allways went on his own and Tails was allways kind to everyone.

But its true that Sega should include her in at least the next classic game. She's part of the group and we need some female heroine characters to play with.

I judge Sonic in general. Ever since even Sonic Adventure games, Sonic was always the kind to ditch Amy as soon as he could. Okay sure, he rescues her but other than that, it seems more than just "doesn't want to get into a relationship". It's more like "Not Amy. I better run away now."

Though I admit Amy is also very much a sticker when it comes to Sonic so maybe it's deserved. You know Sonic's in trouble when she's like "Soooonic!" in a "I love you" manner. But oh well... She's still cool otherwise and she can easily piko hammer the hell out of about anything around.

how i see it is that sonic considers amy a friend as we do see sonic care for here when she gets kidnaped in SA1 , however amy thinks the relationship goes alot futher then that and presumably want to marry him, thus sonic does care but he does not want a relationship with her.

Yeah, I suppose. She gets on his nerve. It's just a shame nobody else really do anything to make her feel welcome. Sonic avoids her instead of just telling her a straight no and everyone else just remain quiet and don't do anything at all. Sega should work on their character development...
