tool assisted speedruns r legit. you still have to program the tool yourself, and thats a challenge in it of itself, u mean professional hedgehog? das sum ez ♥♥♥♥♥ right there, just complete act 1 without ever getting hit once.

In case you didn't get it, Wynnda means Act 1 of Titanic Monarch Zone. Very doable with a Super form.

For the Achievement of Perfect Run for TMZ Act 1. Simply put play thru the main story as Sonic. Get all Chaos Emeralds and go Super Sonic or rather if you feel the need to play Time Trials to skip the boss battle. It should click the same as long as you don't get hit once.
Oh and losing the shield counts as a Hit so don't bother.

Did you miss what SLEVEN and I said? It's Titanic Monarch Zone Act 1. That's the act you have to no hit run on.

Beat titanic monarch ACt 1 without getting hit, shield damage counts as getting hit still

The achievement is as others have said, complete Titanic Monarch Act 1 without getting hit once, including losing a shield. Having Super Sonic will make it significantly easier.
