Final boss...
How do you unlock the final boss in Sonic Mania? Do you have to transform as Super Sonic or just beat Eggman with the 7 Chaos Emeralds?

You just have to defeat Eggman in Titanic Monarch as Sonic with all the chaos emeralds collected, and then you transform into Super Sonic for the final boss automatically.
