About the "Extras" menu...
I have earned 17 medals so far, but can't unlock any extras... Does all 32 need to be earned before anything pops up?

I got almost 30 silver when things unlocked.

In the Extras menu, it's about 25 needed. I think less than that unlocks no-save secrets.
