What's the earliest that you've gotten all chaos emeralds?

I got the final chaos emerald at the beginning of Press Garden Act 1. I didn't fail any the special stages, those were the seven fastest special rings that I could find.

I feel certain that it can be done faster, but I couldn't find any the special stage rings any quicker.

Chemical Plant act 1. There were 5 in Green Hill (plus an extra one for knuckles) and there are 2 easy ones in Chemical Plant.

Of course this isn't completely legitimate as I closed out anytime I lost but I wanted to get the emerald hunt out of the way as soon as possible so I could fully enjoy the rest of the game.

Dang. That's impressive. Either I gotta hunt for them better or I'm going to check out a map or something, lol. Getting Super by Chemical Plant must be fun!

every map has quite a few of those huge rings. my act 1 of green hill took 9 minutes and my act 2 took 7 minutes, because i wanted to explore everything. it's such a good game, i feel so home. i love it :D

had it just after chemical plant. can't remember which the 3rd zone was. and all of the golden medals, before even finishing the game :D

Got them all by the time I got to Flying Battery Zone. Of course, I already played the game on the Switch, so I knew the path and strategy for myself. I already got most of the stage specific achievements on my first try too because of how it worked on the Xbox One version.
