In particular, please do share your feedback on DRM or any issues you're having at the link above. Make your voices heard.

That said, SEGA Europe handles the PC version support, even if you're from the US too. Be patient and polite and hopefully they can answer. I personally sent them my concerns on the DRM this way. Though I'm fine with the game as they fixed the "always online" issue this morning. I did express more concern outside that about the DRM as well.

I just emailed help@sega.com that I confirmed as the email for US and other countries and got a reply ticket from english-us@segaeurope.zendesk.com, that also said:

so I guess that it is already in the right place.

Yup, that sounds about right. I got the same automatic reply when I used the form.
