Joystick Controller Issue SOLVED

On the upper menu, next to the "Steam" menu (I am brazilian, so, I use steam in portuguese. That's why I can't say where you should go exactly in english), then, click there. It's probably something like "view" or "show". Here, it says "exibir". Click there and enter the "Big Picture Mode". There, click on the "engine" icon (setup/configurations). There, you have a "controller" menu, go there, check the "Generic Controller Configuration" box, plug your usb controller and it must be recognized. Click on it and set it up as a Steam Controller. Having this done, go to your library, click on the game and "game settings" under the "game" button. There, you will probably have the "controller setup" panel showing up (it wouldn't be there before). There, import the best configurations to your controller and it's done. As I use a leadership gamer joystick (that simulates a ps2/3/4 controller), I used the Dualshock 4 configs to it, as it works exactly the same way.
It worked here. I just had to start the game and the controller worked directly, without needing nothing more.

No menu superior, clique em Exibir -> Modo Big Picture -> Configurações

Na aba "Controle", clique em Configurações Gerais e ative a caixa "Ativar Config. para Controles Genéricos", plugue seu controle USB e ele será reconhecido na janela (no meu caso, Xinput Controller).

Clique nele e cadastre-o como Controle Steam.

Após este procedimento, vá até a biblioteca e abra seu jogo. Clique em Configurações de Jogo, logo abaixo do botão "Jogo". Agora aparecerá o botão "Configurações de Controle" lá, que antes não aparecia. Clique lá e vá para a janela de configuração de controle. Lá, clique em importar configurações e selecione a que mais lhe convém.
O jogo está funcionando 100% aqui via controle após todo o processo.
