Random crushing death
Something I'm noticing in pretty much all playthroughs of the game is the number of times the play is randomly crushed by things that should not have crushed them. I hope this delay will be enoughtime to fix that.

What do you mean? Can you show any examples?

On the twitter page, a guy showed a video about Tails being bugged, like it looks like he was in the wall and went up and down really fast, another one posted a screenshot of him being in the special stage, it says that he needed only 1 blue sphere but there were 3 spheres, maybe there are more exemples, but that's the one I saw

I saw a let's play where someone got crushed on the side of the Chemical plan squares right in the infamous raising water part of the level (it was on the side, not even under)

I forgot what stage it was in, I think Chemical Plant, where there are sections of blocks moving horizontally. If you stand on the lower block as it moves one way and the upper block passes over you, you'll get an instant death out of it even though they're not moving vertically at all. Titanic Monarch zone 1 also got me insta-killed by jumping between a spike and a ceiling as super sonic when the spike was moving downwards, ie away from the ceiling.

Chemical Plant zone did the same thing in Sonic 2. The moving blocks can be a pain the ass but I don't think they're unfair, you just have to pay attention and try no to rush through them. The only ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ death I've had so far was in Chemial Plant almost in the same spot, right before you get to the moving blocks with the rising water and there's a door that opens and closes insanely fast. Killed me when I ran through it at top speed. I don't know if those can kill you now but I never remember dying from them in the original Sonic 2 on genesis.

Sonic 2 would also instantly kill you if you jumped into various places they didn't properly code, particularly in Oil Ocean, even though nothing about them should kill you for being there. I doubt it was intentional then and there's no reason it should be the same here when all it does is blindside you and frustrate you because there's no reason you'd expect it and no reason you'd get caught by it more than once.

I noticed it's fairly easy to get squashed in this game, more easily than it was in the original classic games. I think the hitbox for Taxman's game is a tad bit too big. I found myself getting crushed by the wee bit corner of those pillars that move up and down in Titanic Monarch Zone.

It's not random it's just annoying. If the space between the blocks isn't quite big enough and you get caught in between you die.

I agree with the guy above it's definitely easier to get squashed here than what it was before.
