I'm the only person in my town?

So, I'm the only house in my town and there's no way to upgrade my house because there are no other settlers---no other machines in town to make cloth, moulding, etc. It's been two days and no one else has moved in? Is this still a training type of mode or something? It seems strange to have NO ONE else in "my" eden falls to interact with, no other town buildings, no nothing.

I'm having the same problem, it's been a few days and no one has shown up to my player-made town. I think it's just hard for most players to save up the 10k in chits to be able to move around. Hopefully someone will show up soon.

hey also make sure you have unlocked the stagecoach no one can find you if you don't have it unlocked yet.

I got the 10 k chits and unlocked the stagecoach, tell me the name of the town pls

No, it seems that I'm in my "eden falls" not a named town yetm and I can't upgrade my house because there aren't any other players in my town and I'm only a hunter and just have the beaver hide. So I can't upgrade to open the stagecoach. I put in a ticket with the devs, wondering if I'm stuck in a bug. I'm an expert hunter, and apprentice in 2 other things but I'm still the only house here.

Ha! I'm just an idiot. I didn't realize that you upgrade just with your own goods for a few levels and then your town opens :) Its Silverton and we are up and running for business now!
