Is this game hard to beat without dying?

This game looks like a game I'd really enjoy, but I saw an achievement that you have to beat without dying to get.

Being a completionist myself, I don't want to buy any games that I know would be hard to 100% (it ruins my overall % score on Steam).

If it's not hard to get the achievement, I want to buy this game since it looks fun and the premise looks interesting, but I want to make sure that's the case.

To be honest it's really hard not to die during a single playthrough. However a lot of people have the achievement meaning there's a way to do so that I haven't figured out.

Looks like most of people you mentioned did it through cheating (SAM). I'm not down to do that.
The game does look pretty fun, but I don't think I'd want to buy it just to lower my completion rate.
