Punch! Home & Landscape Design Essentials 19 upgrade

Is there an upgrade path from the steam version to one that is available on the Punch website. I thought that this version had plan trace but it does not. Since there is no Steam version that does, I will need the website version of Studio level at least. I don't want to have to buy the full version when I have this one already.
