[SPOILERSPOILERSPOILER] ¿What happens if you get 0 tumors in the future?
You know, im worried because i was trying to get 100% and then i realized i wasted 200 tumors...

Yes, I have a save file beaten with 0 tumors.
it did nothing.

no wories about losing tumors ** you get any you "lost" when you use a warp point, or lose them all and get a game over ( yea,. game over screens exist )

Leave the future and you get them all back. You more or less use the tumors as lives in the future. Hit zero and you gotta do it all over again.

You don't need to be so drastic, as TemmieNeko states all you need to do is to touch a warp point.
