What is Iron God?
I've tried searching up the achievement but I can't find info on it. How do you get it?

Regular ending or true ending?

True ending. Currently, one person has it. The developers said they would add a special achievement if anyone is capable of beating the full game on stream with zero deaths.

Couple days ago, Eenox did it. So they added the achievement and attributed it to him.

You don't need to stream to get it or anything like that, but Eenox "opened the gate," so to speak.

The ending after you return to the teleporter with the countdown. That is the regular ending as far as I know.

Yeah you just have to get to and finish the Acceptance chapter and jump into the portal from a fresh save file - without dying. So basically it's any% deathless
