The Anguish 15 Secret

So, there is a secret room branching off of anguish 15 (top right) and in that room appears to be nothing, but on the left side there is a flat area, and it requires some tricky jumps to reach, but when you get there, nothing happens. It also looks like the room might extend to the bottom, but it's just death. I have 2 theorys here, 1. The room was originaly going to have something, but they decided not to and forgot to remove the room. 2. You have to get to the right and back, then maybe something moves (some rooms did this with tumors) but that seems really difficult. I wan't to know if anyone has tried doing that before, of if anyone has descovered anything else about the room, since it has very little documentation (2 steam descusions and 1 youtube video, or atleat thats what I found.)

Yeah, I tried for about 5 minutes getting to the other side and decided to just see what info I could find, or if anyone knew anything.

It's most likely for an NPC that never got finished or an unfinished route that would've led to a cartridge.

Since The Future has only those two kinds of secrets.

theres nothing, not a secret room it leas too, not a cartridge, not a tumor (obviously...) not a Steven, no enemies or npcs, nothing related to cartridges, its pointless. the only thing in store is 38 spikes.
