Is there an achievement for talking to all the npcs?

Tyler also mentioned that that NPC (And one other, I forget where) were added as jokes. Kind of as a "You thought that area was hard? Look at all this crazy crap we could've thrown at you instead!"

So yeah. Tyler and Ed are just ♥♥♥♥♥. But that shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. :P

It's really a shame.
There's a lot missed opportunity here.
Some of them seem to tell you more of the story. So the real, real ending could be triggered, only if you have spoken to everyone. Nevertheless, anyone know what does this guy say:

i mean seriously the bird is just bullsh it and was programmed by a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥; all other enemys are ok but the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ birds are so unpredictable, and then the game even foces you to use them as platforms....
