Report a translation problem
If the icon disappears when you speak, it's most likely caused by filtering. You'd want to check the software that came with your headset for options to turn that off (it may be labeled as some type of "enhancement").
Otherwise, hover over the icon for additional information.
After correcting that issue, make sure to train a new speech recognition profile. They are specific to a given microphone. Completing the training at least three times is the bare minimum.
