In game press ESC - Community - Redeem
Then type your code in the proper field and confirm - it'll be visible on the list below. You'd have to claim it once it'd become 'available' and upon claiming - you'd have to choose server you want it to work for.
You can redeem codes once per account.

I'd say to wait like 1h, I do remember that few weeks back I was redeeming a lot of codes and it got stuck for a while, but then it was fine.
If it would not help - please contact DEVs and describe the methods (step-by-step) of redeem that you're using (web service / in-game), it'd be a good idea to include screen of the error itself

Of coarse i wouldn't see this until a day after argggggg....

Unfortunately, for those of you who have problems with the code - the only option is to reach out to the DEVs through official channels. I hightly doubt they'd help you out in comments
