Gear for season lifeskillers?

Good day!

I'm a new player interested in lifeskilling more than grinding. Not playing Shai currently, but I have made one and plan to play one for the next season that comes up. But one thing I noticed is that most lifeskill related gear I want can't be used by season characters- I can still use tools that can't be repaired, but I haven't found any upgradeable tools or any processing stones at all I can use without being out of season. Are there any alternatives I could work on upgrading? Thank you.

Yeah the devs decided it would be a good idea to BAN any gear, that adds lifeskill mastery from being used on seasons.
Now the only gear you can use is the very basic gear you get from doing life quests that can't be upgraded or you can use "silver embroidered" which can be upgraded to PEN like other gear.
Processing is now not worth doing at all on seasons, because no mastery gear, means NO mass processing can be done so every single process is a single process, so what once took you maybe a few hrs to do now takes DAYS!!,
this in turn messes with all the other lifeskills,
want to do some cooking on season well you going to need ingredients, oh wait all those now take DAYS and DAYS to make a decent enough amount, want to do some alchemy then it's the same thing,
basically the devs sent a BIG F**K YOU!! to veteran players that have spent tens of 1000's of hrs in game getting and upgrading their gear, by making it null and void within the season, many of whom where only using the season as a place to test out or build a new class quickly because they have already done everything in game OVER AND OVER AND OVER for 1000's of hrs, so the devs thought yeah lets kick them in the nether regions and make them waste whole days just processing mats.

that is not...true
they made it so veteran lifeskillers could not abuse the season server lifeskill bonuses

season servers provide alot of benefits for a lifeskiller
to speed the whole lifeskill leveling up

it is a little like complaining that you can not copy your main characters gear onto a season character

season servers are not meant to be abused
it is there to get new players going

Hi! I'm new. I've played for 12 days now. I don't have a veteran lifeskiller to "abuse" a season server. I just want gear that I can repair and upgrade instead of having to carry multiple unrepairable sets. So my main character IS my season character.

I hope that clears up what I'm asking about.

Season mostly works around gearing up effectively and fast, if you just want to life skill pick any character and go ham in it. The bonuses are nice in season but not necessarily
