Very frustrated. Cooking simple sugar lumps or cubes what ever they are called in game

Or trying just started and at level 16 and trying to make sugar lump for the horses and every time I do exactly what the horse dude receipe said 1 mineral water and 10 raw sugar, and It always says after the cooking process ."seems like that didn't work." wtf This Game I am googleing more than playing HUGE learning curve.

There are two types of sugar sold. Make sure you are actually buying Raw Sugar and not just Sugar.
You don't cook them together. You use Heating. That will fuse the mineral water and raw sugar together to make the cube.
You might see a worded pop up.... Processing Not Going As Planned. Don't worry about that. Just let the heating go on and you'll get your sugar cubes (Lump of Raw Sugar).
