Life Skill guilds?

Are there guilds specifically for people doing life skills, grinding only?

Most of the chat recruiting I see is for PvP with GS requirements, etc.

And are guilds cross server? or would I need to play on a specific server?

Thanks for the info. I wondered why they didn't have some sort of guild recruitment feature built into the game and they do , it's just a little hidden.

If you are on NA, "Slippy", "Paizuri" and "CotP" are all lifeskilling/pve guilds. These are just a few :)
