Delete Character

I still cannot delete a character to clear a slot. I did go through the pearl inventory and also my main inventory and trashed everything as well as spending the 3,000 silver, and also checked my inbox for goods that I deleted as well. Idk what cash items I’m supposed to get rid of but I don’t see anything available for me to take and discard in order for me to proceed. I just want the slot cleared for future use. Anybody tell me what’s the deal? Sorry if what I’m saying sounds like a headache.

why trash your items and pearl items? o.o Just put them in a storage...

Is your horse still out? Put it in the stable, if it´s far away use Stable and Remote Collect.

Also make sure you´re not wearing any pearl shop costume (even the free 7 day ones).

I heard if you rented an item with Contribution points deleting does not work either. Return it to the NPC.

If you deleted that contribution item I think you have to file a ticket... if that´s the reason for not being able to delete.

What´s the exact message?

I'm also having the same issue. I literally just made a character and didn't really like how she looked in game so went to delete her and it won't let me. It says I need to remove cash items from inventory. I have checked both my regular inventory and pearl inventory and have no items, just money.
