u cant share it.
but if they accept it and u are in a party u can both do the quest together.
and if u are in a party and its a killquest ur friends kills count aswell even if he doesnt have the quest.

it depends on the quest. generally only quests that have you slay x amount of enemies can be done with a group as long as you are withing xp range of each other. other than that, any quest with the phrase "[Co-op]" in it. which is generally boss summon scrolls. but regardless of that each one of you has to accept it and turn it in individually.
