Did i lost my redfox account?
Friend convinced me to go back to BDO, i had a lvl 62 character on Black Desert SA ran by Redfox. Did i simply lost my progress?

Yes, Kakao transfer all the data do Pearl Abbys 2 years ago by announcing you got two times to change to recover your account by accepting the transfer to Pearl Abbys I'm afraid you must create a new account and character in BDO SA.

Redfox, not Kakao published BD in South America. It appears that there was a transfer of rights to Pearl Abyss last year which required action on the part of players.

Nothing tells me a company value old players like a ''take a few months break lose all your progress'' festival. Garbage, even what i paid for can't be transfered since i didn't bought through steam. Absolute shame, will make sure to leave my negative review now.

Also make sure to write an angry letter to the EU goverment since they made it have to be done this way.
