Returning player; no authenticator on new phone, how do I login? Please help.
Hi.

I just returned for the new area, and cannot log in. I downloaded the Google Authenticator on my phone, but for some reason it is not receiving any of the OTP? Do I have to setup the authenticator again somehow? Is there a way to do this without being able to log into my account? It is a new phone if that matters? Is there a stand alone authenticator that will auto detect it if Google does not? Thanks for any help. I tried to go to the support, but to submit a ticket, you have to log in! Ugh. :)

are you using the same google account on the new phone?

when you first made the account you are trying to access, did you make it without using steam? when someone first makes an account from accessing launcher on steam, the account is directly tied to BDO account (no credentials need to be entered) if you had to set up an email and password to play the game you need to use the non steam launcher

Thanks for the reply. I figured out that I could send in a ticket as a guest, and did that. Tech Support already responded and made me reply to an email that I made the account with to verify that it is me to unlock the authenticator. I am waiting for them to do so after I sent in my reply, I was asleep when they sent it, so it might take another day.

I also had to send in a photo of my Driver's License to Pearl Abyss, I just saw the other e-mail this morning, and sent it in. I'll update when I actually get into my account so anyone with the same problem can see how it is resolved.

Thank you! Yeah, they were prompt, I got it unlocked on Saturday, I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday! Thank you so much! Love you guys and gals! <3
