Email Verification Issue

I want to login but it need to email verification .
so i'm opening my email based on my steam account but i dont see any email about verification .
i cant even contact support team because it need to login . but my issue was i cant even login .

I have the same problem. Go to blackdesert www -> support -> pearl abyss id -> account -> go down and ther is a "submit an inquary" -> 'Unable to log in" slecet region - add ("please provide us a screenshot of your transaction receipt from Steam that you have bought the game") and ("provide us with your Steam email address") and wait ..... .......... ................ ..................... ..............................................................

Check your Purchase History anyway, if you haven't already done so.

just got a reply from their support unfortunate they want me to play the game from pearl abyss launcher itself because its a 2017 account and can't be merge on steam. feelsbadman

Accounts created directly with PA (or maybe Kakao if it was in 2017), can't be linked with Steam, true. The year of it's creation isn't a factor though. Did you create an account directly with PA or Kakao and took advantage of a free game offer? Did you also get a free game offer through Steam at some stage? (Your name on your post has a mouse icon next to it which indicates you have BD in your Steam library)

i did get the free black desert offer and yes i bought the game from pearl abyss itself using an ultimate game card back on 2017

Something to bear in mind is that the email you nominate for a PA account doesn't have to be the same as what you nominated for your Steam Account. Also, the emails for your two PA accounts can't be the same. (Because the email address functions as the PA account ID.) Could it be the emails pertinent to the accounts have gotten confused?

yea i think so i only use 1 email address for my gaming accounts
