Used to be able to play a second game while this one was minimized to tray

Wth happened?

now i can't even watch youtube while this game is in the background minimzed, it crashes over half of the time i try :/

I just lowered settings to the in-game option "lowest/optimal" along with the performance setting turned off to use LESS resources and minimized BD. Crashed again upon launching a game that doesn't require a lot of resources.

Maybe more RAM might work, but idk or not if that is the culprit or not.

when you say minimized, are you just alt tabbing it or sending it to system tray? i don't remember if the hot key had to be set up or if it is already set by default, i use alt + Q to send it to system tray which uses less resources than just minimizing it

should check what programs and services are running in background. might be something you do not need running that is hogging up resources.
