Was that back a few years ago when Kakao Games was the publisher for BDO?
A few years ago there was a publisher transfer.
Pearl Abyss was taking on being the Publisher for their own game.
Back when this happened, the players were contacted Numerous times to do the required transfer or they'd lose everything they had.
The required transfer was a USA/EU legal requirement thing.
Those that did not do the transfer did indeed lose everything.
If you fell into that category, it is very easy to catch up by playing a Seasonal character.
However, you can only play one seasonal character at a time.
Seasonal characters get LOTS of bonuses that Normal characters do not.
You can play multiple Normal characters.
I have receipts for all the purchases including DLC's and in-game items as I keep my books in good order. I don't have any emails or communications referring to the situation you're describing so I'm not sure that it's the same thing?
When did you last play. All accounts under NA and EU had to consent to transfer from Kakao to Pearl per EU GDPR laws and any account that was not consented kakao had to delete all info of so Pearl never got it and can not obtain anything in regards to that account which is why they will not help you get anything back. Chances are your warning emails may have gone spam and been auto deleted after so much time as that was in 2021 from January to end of May
And yes compared to 2021 you can easily catch back up in almost no time using seasonal server. Even level 60 is a few hours now a days
Pretty sure logging in was part of the transfer/was suppose to be done to verify the transfer actually went through to give them time to fix it before the timeframe was over.
Your account might have been deemed to be "dormant".
Try raising a support ticket asking to reactivate your account . Try using the "Guest" feature if you can't login to your PA account.
Quote BD family name and/or character names. If you don't remember them try quoting your 17 digit Steam ID.
