All my characters are gone?

Haven't played in a year or so and I log on and all my characters are just gone. I have 400 hours on this game that is a tone of progress to lose. wtf

When you say a year do you mean before 2021 they did a publisher transfer that required your concent for data to be transfered. Other thing could be steam switched you to another region which will look Luke a new account you just gotta get region changed back.

Absolutely not as kakao had to legally delete everything and couldn't give the data to anyone it's long gone as far as the companies can tell you never existed now

Same boat, came back last week to find everything reset. Tbh it worked out well, i'd more or less forgot how to play completely, so re-learning has been super helpful for me. I was much less overwhelming too, last time i logged in, saw everything and just noped back out, this time seeing nothing was just refreshing.

Hopefully your re-build is going as well?
