Black Desert Online Change Server
I bought BDO in Japan when I was there but I just came back in my home country and would like to the server. I tried reinstalling the game, but it is still in Japanese. Is there a way on how to change this?

You could try sending in a support ticket requesting a change of region that your PA account is located on.

Side note they will not transfer characters between regions so you will be starting over

I just uninstalled and bought BDO again using my home country's currency. And it seems I need to start again from start. Thank you

Try contacting the devs, I don't think much can be done as different companies handle different servers.
