I didn't get loot after fightning Nouver

I just took down Nouver, however, I couldn't loot the corpse. Anyone else? And if not, any idea what happened?

Did you do damage? And did you get near the spot he died? The little loot spire as you see with any mob ?

Make sure to keep your pets on at all times when fighting a world boss, so your pets will loot for you automatically. if you dont have pets, you have to look for sparkling light coming out of an outline of the boss corpse to be able to loot

I thought they changed the loot system and you need to click the box in the middle upper screen or it'll open automatically?

A few things to consider:
- Now the loot boss is given directly through a new interface. A chest will appear in the middle of the screen, when clicking the chest the items will go to your inventory.
- Did you have enough inventory slots?

I did a lot of damage and was near enough. I even walked on the corpse

They did, but it just didn't appear

My pets aren't always out cause I am running low at foot (ik I can buy in cm, but that's a lot of weight)

I sent a ticket yesterday, GM Weita helped me out. I got the loot, it's fixed now. However I did have enough item slots. The healthbar of the boss was still there, while Nouver was dead. I think my game didn't notice that Nouver was dead already, so I think it was a bug. I recommend just double checking the code/files, just in case it was indeed a bug.

To make clear: Nouver's corpse was on the ground, the healthbar was still there, there was no chest, I entered elvia realm to reload Nouver corpse, but the corpse was completely gone now. Hopefully this is enough information to make sure it won't happen again!

well
if you have anything in you inventory that can drop from a boss that is in a inventory slot that is now locked
(if you have had a value pack running and then one of the items are now in a locked inventory slot)
you can not accept the loot
even if you have alot of free slots

if the chest dissapears too fast or get bugged
just leave the area and go back
