BSoD on windows 11

I got the nightmarish blue(black in this case) screen of death while playing black desert, and support told me that since I was using windows 11, they could not help me one bit with my issue.

That doesn't sound promising. There is no indication on the store page for BD that the game can't be played on Win 11. If that is PA's position then you could consider demanding a refund on the grounds the product is unfit for purpose.

Interesting was this happening saturday morning?
I only ask because i use win11 and yesterday morning for some strange reason (after 6000+hrs) BDO decided to start blue screening happened for about 2 hrs, just random crashes bsod saying memory management error, this has never happened to me before in Bdo and as fast as it started it stopped again, I blamed microsoft for it as i accidentally let windows update on friday night lol (I usually block most win updates)
