Delete all the information from Steam account

Hello, I would like to know if there is any option via in game or by query sistem to do a full account wipe. As I would like to start everything from 0.

Hi, I've deleted my Pearl Abyss steam account and now I can't create an account. It keeps showing a message saying that no account exists and please launch using the Steam client, which I am. https://imgur.com/a/9ZpT0Mz

After u have deleted your account You need to remove BDO from your steam library and buy it again, then it works. That's how I did it

We do not recommend deleting your Pearl Abyss account if you want to restart your adventures in the game as you will have to purchase the game again. If you want to restart your account, just delete all your character and start all over again.

There is this statement in the PA delete account page ..

"Cancel Account Deletion
You can cancel the account deletion by logging in within 15 days.
If the account deletion was registered through account theft, an appeal must be made within 15 days."

Support may be able to correct the error for you. Try logging in to your PA account to see if the "cancel delete" thing works, then raise a ticket.

That's the whole issue. I've already deleted my account and I want to make a new one.

However, the account deletion apparently isn't permanent until 15 days after you clicked the button in your account.

Maybe I need to expound a bit.

You say you made an error in creating your account. You are able to change some details of your account yourself. If you can't do it yourself, PA Support staff may be able to do it for you if you raise a ticket.

So did you explore these options already? If not I think you should get your account back by logging in before the 15 day window expires and try to fix the error.

Support no doubt will tell you if you have no option but to get a new account.

Then I guess the ideal solution would be if you could get a refund on your Steam purchase and then go over to sea.playblackdesert.com and sign up/buy the game there.

Did u found a solution to this? as Im stuck on the same issue, after deleting and re buying the game cant create or link any pearl abyss to my steam account
