Stuck at "Now Processing"

Hi, I just downloaded the free weekend for this game, and once I get to the spot where I click the + sign to create a character, it gets to the character select screen, says "Now processing," and then the game just stops responding there, even after waiting for several minutes, so I'm not able to click on a class or anything.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Try deleting your cache in My Documents/Black Desert and also the Black Desert installation folder. Restart your computer as well after deleting the cache folders.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, that didn't work. I'm submitting a ticket, but if you have more ideas, that would be good too.

Looks like all I had to do was update my graphics card. It hasn't been updated in 5 years.
