Report a translation problem
once you claim an item it moves to webstorage and then you should retrieve it to your game mail by clicking on something.
NOTE: Steam Overlay Mode Mode must be activated in order for it to work.
01) Make sure Steam Overlay Mode is activated.
02) Start BDO and get in-game with one of your characters.
03) Press Esc (escape) on your keyboard.
04) Left click "Community".
05) Left click "Redeem".
06) The Steam Overlay will pop up. There should be the bundle you bought. Left click the Use button.
07) Go back into BDO by closing the Steam Overlay.
08) On the lower right will be an envelop icon, left click on it to open it.
09) Inside should be the bundle you bought, receive it.
10) The bundle items should now be in both your Regular Inventory and Pearl Inventory Tabs.

Sadly I've already followed these steps, I have already redeemed the bundles and they show as used in the redeem menu and the date they where apparently used. that said I never received anything in my inventory (regular or pearl), I checked my mail and even web storage and everything was empty. So now I'm just playing the waiting game, seeing if they can solve the problem but at five days its a little frustrating. hopefully it will get resolved shortly for those having problem, wishing everyone else dealing with it the best of wishes.

I have done it, this is the response:"My apologies for the delay for the purchased bundle, we had an issue with NA players being unable to claim the coupon rewards, twitch rewards, and purchased bundle, this issue has not been resolved and you should be able to claim your items on your web storage". But when I check my webstorage, nothing is there, what should i do in this case, it's been a long time waiting for this issue?
