I dont recieve verification email plz help
I bought the game from steam and cant loging due to not recieving any verification emails. if anyone can help me resolve this . thnx

Have you checked your spam/promotions folder?

I am not receiving any verification emails either and I have checked the spam folder and I have tried other emails. Also when trying to reset my kakao games password on the website it doesn't send the email to reset my password.

Could you please give me more details about this? Where are you trying to log in exactly when opening the game? There is no need to log in when you open the game on Steam, if it's the first time you open the game you should see a window to sign up for a Pearl Abyss account (not Kakao Games).

Same here.. it's been 3 days since I tried to come back to the game and it keep asking me for the code sent by email but nothing 'till now.. and yes, I checked EVERYTHING from spam to other accounts

Same thing is happening to me, the launcher is asking me a verification code even though i open it through steam, and none of my emails gotten such thing

Same issue here I am unable to connect back to my account. I have checked multiple times EVERY emails that I possess I have receive nothing. Yes, I have check every folders too. I have made tickets which did not get responded yet, I realy don't see the reason to put a email verification through steam when we already have steam guard. Wish that the problem will be fix soon because I really enjoy black desert and I am looking forward to be able to play the game again!
