Got the same reply, always played in EU server in Steam/BDO, claimed all previous DLC without any issue. Will not risk buy another DLC at incoming today's promotion for sure.
Gonna contact Steam support but expecting nothing. Very disappointed.
Any luck there? Contacted Steam support (after PA stated that the problem is not on their side), got a reply asking for additional info but nothing more. This is ridiculous.
Edit: Steam replied, no issues on their side, back to Black Desert support. :\
